Myth: XML is for Programmers
Truth:
- OK, DTDs and schemas are written by programmers
(or ought to be)
- Almost anyone can write XSLT transforms
(programmers write trickier ones)
- Use, re-use, tagging, faster production, and improved QA and quality are for the rest of us
